**** Suggested Template for Complaint Letter****

The following letter was taken from Haven Owners Forum as a template for complaint against the site fee rises. This was general across the board for all Haven Parks, where it seems like in times where things are standing still ‘Price Wise’ Bourne Leisure still find increases way above the ‘Norm’ and over and above the Terms & Conditions, with no explanations and breakdown of the fees like they should.

Drain Down Info

Have had a look around and there are a few companies that do drain downs and reconnects outside of Rockley themselves. These normally require a minimum amount of caravans to do at the same time.

Of course you can always opt for Rockleys fees, or change to an Insurance company that does not require a Gas Safe engineer and do it yourself.

In the mean time, if you find anyone who is able to do this and would like some work, we are quite willing to advertise their services free, on the website and in the flyer that will accompany the newsletter.

The prices from Park have been made lower for longer at last years rates, especially for the December 2012 period, which is welcome news and something we have asked and advised management, on everyone’s behalf. I am informed that last year the draindown seemed on the whole, fairly well organised, compared to previous years.
